Working very gently to uncouple past events from fear; uncoupling past events from present; learning to reacquaint yourself with your body in such a way that it is not overwhelming. Sometimes you need a place to tell your story, to be heard and understood and have someone help create meaning and purpose and a way to comprehend what is needed next. Sometimes it feels impossible to sort through on our own. We get lost in all the details, going around and around, with very little progress. We repeat the same pattern again and again. But change is always innate and trying to happen. My training is about seeing and supporting where I see the change already emerging and then helping you to see it as well and nurture it to grow.I love to work with dreams, especially as a way of confirming and supporting other aspects of the work. Sometimes I might work with movement or doing something active or drawing or sound. Change can happen. Let yourself be supported. Pam.
